FGraphs
FGraphs is a personal fitness application developed in my spare time. It enables users to track body weight, calories burned, workout duration, and share their progress. The application features an experimental yet clean user interface, designed with a strong emphasis on ease of use and creative presentation.
FGraphs is a personal side project created primarily for enjoyment and learning. It intentionally blends creative design choices with practical functionality.

I served as the sole developer, handling the visual design, frontend implementation, backend development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Peyton Ray Properties
Peyton Ray Properties is a clean, elegant landing page created for a small real estate company. Although developed quickly, the site is fully realized and responsive. The client has since shifted their business model and no longer uses the website.
This was my first real client project and provided valuable early experience in client work and delivery. This site is available for viewing on a staging environment, and is included to showcase my progression of skills.

This is a straightforward todo application. Created early in my learning journey, it reflects my understanding of design and UX at that time. The app allows users to add, edit, and delete tasks and was built primarily as an exercise to explore new technologies and layout approaches.
While not representative of my current work, it serves as a clear marker of my growth as both a developer and designer. Despite its unconventional setup, it remains a fully functional application with a distinctive visual style.

Discovery and Research
Every website begins with a discovery and research phase. This involves gathering detailed requirements and conducting thorough research to inform the direction of the site. When aspects such as theme, color palette, typography, or target audience are not yet defined, this stage includes exploring competitors, gathering inspiration, and establishing a cohesive visual and functional foundation - ensuring the final product aligns closely with the client’s vision and specifications.

Mockup and Design
In this phase, the approved direction is translated into visual mockups and page designs. Designs are iteratively refined based on the established theme and inspiration materials. Once complete, they are presented for review and feedback. Revisions incorporate client preferences, new requirements, or adjustments until the design receives final approval, at which point the project advances to development.

Development and Testing
Here the approved designs are transformed into a fully functional website. This is typically the most extensive phase, often involving the creation of custom animations, interactive elements, effects, backend integration, or CMS setup. Progress is made visible to clients through a staging environment. Upon completion, the site is presented for review. With client approval, the project proceeds to launch.

Launch and Handoff
The final and usually briefest stage focuses on a smooth transition to the client. This includes securely transferring all code, assets, hosting credentials, domain details, and access to any third-party services such as CMS platforms. Additional steps may involve connecting domains, configuring analytics, and providing concise training on content management or post-launch updates.

A primary focus in my work is ensuring every website has clear purpose and strong alignment with its intended audience. This means carefully coordinating page structure, layout, typography, color choices, and overall design to support the site’s goals - whether projecting professionalism and creativity for a portfolio ;), or delivering an energetic and approachable feel for a fitness platform.
User Experience through Intuition and Testing
Delivering excellent user experience is a core priority. I prioritize intuitive navigation, clear information hierarchy, and frictionless interactions by employing straightforward typography, logical layouts, and purposeful design decisions. This is reinforced through rigorous testing, iteration based on feedback, and continuous refinement to ensure users can find what they need quickly and confidently.
Performance through Hand-Coding and Optimization
Performance remains a central focus, as it directly impacts user satisfaction and search engine visibility. By hand-coding every element, optimizing assets, and adhering to current best practices, I ensure fast load times and smooth interactions across devices - with ongoing testing to maintain high standards even in feature-rich or visually ambitious sections.

Building visitor trust is essential for nearly every website, whether the goal is conversion, engagement, or credibility.
